• Planning, controlling, and monitoring of orders
• Ensuring compliance with quality and deadline specifications
• Optimization of processes and workflows
• Coordination and cooperation with other departments
• Optimal deployment planning of employees in your area
• Compliance with quality standards according to ISO

Qualifications

• Leadership experience
• Professional experience as a department manager
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in the planning and deadline compliance of orders
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Forklift license
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
