L’Orif is present in French-speaking Switzerland with 10 training sites and more than 560 employees. For our La Chaux-de-Fonds site, we are looking for:

A socioprofessional instructor in the field of concierge services at 100%

Mission:

• Supervise beneficiaries in a training section
• Accompany beneficiaries in rehabilitation measures
• Search for internship placements or continuations of apprenticeship contracts
• Develop and implement individualized socioprofessional projects
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Profile and skills:

• CFC as a facility management agent
• MSP training would be an asset or being ready to follow the training (Federal Diploma ASP or ES MSP)
• Strong interest in supervising people in professional rehabilitation
• Dynamic personality, creative spirit
• Autonomy, stress resistance and flexibility
• Adaptability and real abilities to work in a multidisciplinary team
