Your tasks

• active telephone and written support of existing as well as potential new customers
• sale of goods according to the specifications of purchasing and marketing
• independent negotiation of selling prices within the framework of the guidelines
• development of new customers and customer groups
• processing and follow-up of customer complaints
• providing information to customers
• execution of administrative tasks as well as support of supervisors in daily business

Your profile

• completed commercial basic training, mandatory in Switzerland
• specialist knowledge in the butchery industry is mandatory
• good understanding of food
• very good user knowledge in MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• very good German and French skills in spoken and written mandatory
• pronounced communication and negotiation skills
• customer-oriented and strong-selling appearance
• independent, structured and reliable way of working
