Tasks

• Support for the management in administrative and organizational tasks such as e.g., marketing, sales promotions, creation and evaluation of reports and statistics, ERP master data maintenance of customer, price list, and article data
• Substitution as required in the internal sales department / order entry
• Support in contract management and QM document creation
• Processing written customer inquiries in a national and international environment
• Following up on offers and samples
• Project work according to specifications (sales / organization)

Qualifications

• Mandatory completed commercial training or technical training with further commercial training
• Mandatory several years of experience in a comparable or commercial position
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel is mandatory: Pivot, VLOOKUP etc.
• ERP knowledge is mandatory, process management experience present
• Native German language
• You are an open, upbeat, agile and communicative personality with a sense of responsibility and organizational talent, as well as decisiveness
• High flexibility and initiative
• Goal-oriented and independent way of working
• Willingness for general routine tasks (processing inquiries from daily business, processing evaluations and statistics etc.)
