What you can contribute

• Apply the BIM method within the varied project portfolio of the field (infrastructure and building construction, EES)
• Advise and support the client's project managers on BIM-related issues
• Autonomously lead all phases of infrastructure and building construction projects presenting a high degree of digitalization, across the entire national road network of the canton of Valais (in French and German)
• Support the subsidiary employees as a BIM specialist and ensure the transfer of knowledge between the subsidiary and the OFROU central office regarding projects
• Pursue and guarantee the standardization of BIM as well as its implementation within the office, in collaboration with the OFROU central team responsible for BIM and with the BIM managers of other subsidiaries

What makes you unique

• ETH/HES civil engineering degree or equivalent, or in a related field; additional qualifications in construction digitalization are an asset
• Several years of professional experience in the application and implementation of BIM processes and tools
• Technical knowledge and software skills in the field of digitalization and BIM
• Project management experience in the construction sector, preferably as a generalist and/or on the client side
• Conceptual skills, analytical and synthesis spirit; ability to develop new topics autonomously, enjoyment of working within different teams
• Good active knowledge of a second official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language

In collaboration with your colleagues from all OFROU sites, you will actively contribute to the development of the implementation and use of the BIM method within our organization. You will thus leverage your knowledge and experience in the digitalization of the construction sector to prepare for the future. By autonomously leading exciting projects in the field of infrastructure and building construction throughout the canton of Valais, you will remain in contact with field reality as a project management generalist.
