La Fédération des Hôpitaux Vaudois informatique ( Management Applications Manager (Logistics, GED/ECM, Facility Management) La Fédération des Hôpitaux Vaudois informatique (FHVi), is the preferred IT partner of 12 hospitals and regional healthcare establishments in the canton of Vaud. FHVi accompanies them in the numerous challenges of the digital transformation of the healthcare field and has as its main missions to plan, design, implement and operate the IT system of its members. This represents more than 120 employees at the service of 14'000 users, for a fleet of more than 8'000 workstations distributed over about a hundred geographical sites and across three cantons (VD, VS, FR). Management Applications Manager (Logistics, GED/ECM, Facility Management) What if your IT expertise contributed directly to the performance of the hospital system? Join our Management Information Systems department and play a key role in the evolution and performance of business applications related to the hospital administrative field. This is a central interface role between business teams, suppliers and IT, with a strong application management dimension. Your mission: As an Applications Manager, you are the guarantor of the functional and technical consistency of the solutions within your scope. You manage the application lifecycle, ensuring their security, performance and efficiency, while meeting the operational needs of user departments. He/she actively participates in the management and evolution of the business information system, ensuring its consistency with the strategic orientations, processes and operating modes defined at the business level. Your main activities and responsibilities: Responsibility for applications Lead and support user groups and business referents, and share your expertise to improve the use of applications. Ensure functional and technical responsibility for ERP, GMAO and GED applications. Guarantee the performance, availability and security of solutions Maintain a global vision of the application architecture. Define and drive the product roadmap in collaboration with the business departments. Organization and management Plan and organize evolutionary maintenance, updates and evolution projects with FHVi teams, establishments and suppliers. Define and implement a strategy for service continuity and recovery after a major incident. Coordinate technical tests and functional validations with the business before production releases. Collect, analyze and prioritize evolution requests with the support of user groups and business referents. Support and operations Provide level 2 and 3 technical support, analyze incidents and implement lasting solutions. Monitor and coordinate interventions with suppliers and partners. Keep technical documentation up to date according to FHVI standards. Perform regular technical controls to guarantee system performance and availability. Implement and monitor operational indicators in accordance with service contracts. Participate in on-call duties to ensure continuity of services. Relations and collaboration Maintain regular relations with the establishments to monitor operations and anticipate future needs. Be a source of proposals and innovation to improve processes and the use of applications. Manage crisis situations with diplomacy and efficiency. Collaborate on the continuous improvement of practices and the dissemination of best practices within the information system. Profile sought: Education and experience Higher education (HES / EPF engineer or equivalent). Minimum 5 years of experience in application management, as an Application Lead or Application Manager. Experience in a complex and multi-stakeholder environment. Experience in the hospital field or in a management information system: an asset. Technical skills Project management and proven experience in leading user groups. Experience in integrating heterogeneous systems. Experience in level 2/3 application support. Ability to design and evolve data models. Sensitivity to issues of security, performance and service continuity. Proficiency in SQL (complex queries, data analysis, reporting, incident diagnosis). Good knowledge of development and scripting (.NET, PowerShell or equivalent technologies). Knowledge of ERP and management tools (e.g.: ERP OPALE, GMAO Waveware, Therefore): a plus. Knowledge of mobile applications (Android): an asset. Professional skills Experience in project management and leading user groups. Ability to collect, analyze and prioritize business needs. Aptitude to bridge the gap between functional issues and technical constraints. Structured mindset, rigor and sense of organization. Ability to manage complex situations and work under pressure.
