Berne (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Collaborate with the product manager to support the development, implementation, and monitoring of technical operations, as well as the development of the application for the TIC D portal • Structure, analyze, and test technical and specialized requirements and present them in understandable user stories by illustrating implementation possibilities for the application development • Contribute to the identification of needs and expectations; prioritize requirements from clients; manage the product backlog • Prepare refinement and sprint planning sessions; coordinate implementation with the product manager and the development team • Accompany implementation on a technical level; assist and train system users and ensure compliance with defined requirements • Help implement appropriate tests according to the test concept; evaluate new features and improvements; support reception and production release phases; update product documentation and release notes <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Degree from a higher education institution (HES, EPF, university) or higher vocational training in management information technology or a similar technical discipline, as well as initial experience in systems operations and requirements engineering • Strong interest in the digitalization of functions and processes; good technical knowledge of ServiceNow and USU Service Management applications • Structured, autonomous, and solution-oriented way of working; ability to maintain an overview of various themes evolving in parallel • Enjoyment in analyzing needs, documenting them clearly, and designing pragmatic solutions in collaboration with specialized areas and development and operations teams • Excellent communication skills, team spirit, strong willingness to learn, and interest in agile working methods, requirements engineering, and product management • Active knowledge of a second official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third <br /> In a few words The TIC D at the Swiss Army Staff are responsible for IT services not essential for operations and the digitalization of IT processes.
