Present in French-speaking Switzerland and German-speaking Switzerland, the Centre Patronal is a company serving businesses and the private economy, offering services in particular in the fields of social insurance, occupational pension schemes, legal and economic advice, as well as training.

As part of the development of its activities, the Centre Patronal has integrated Trianon SA, a company in the field of human resources management and pension funds.

To strengthen our IT team based in Paudex (VD), we are looking for a Tech Lead Manager and Solutions Architect (m/f) 80-100%.

Missions

• Design and evolve the technical architecture of the IS, guaranteeing its consistency, scalability and sustainability
• Define governance and challenge technical directions with the architecture teams
• Contribute to the implementation of solutions and support teams in their technical choices
• Formalize and maintain architecture documentation as a single source of truth
• Drive the medium/long-term technological vision and the technical debt management strategy
• Establish and disseminate development standards (Clean Code, architecture, cloud-native patterns)
• Coach Tech Lead Developers and chair the "Developers' Committee"
• Lead the recruitment, onboarding, training and skill development of the team

Your profile

• Confirmed experience of 5 to 7 years in technical architecture
• Solid mastery in the design and evolution of complex, scalable and sustainable IS architectures
• Good knowledge of Clean Code, cloud-native patterns and the Event-Driven Pattern
• Confirmed expertise in .NET and Angular technologies
• Experience in supporting Tech Leads and in team management
• Ability to challenge technical directions and to work with Product Owners and Business Owners
• Analytical spirit, autonomy and ability to make and document technical decisions
• Curiosity for technological monitoring and new practices
