As a concierge, you play a key role: you maintain everything in good condition, you ensure that the environment is well-kept and you are the first person of contact for our clients on site. ### Your tasks: * Independently execute inspection tasks * Manage maintenance and upkeep activities of the installations * Handle various requests and minor troubleshooting * Manage small repair projects * Monitor and accompany the execution of work by commissioned companies * Daily processing of work reports, delivery notes and order tickets * Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements in the bank branches * Surface maintenance on request * Ensure on-call service ### Your profile: * CFC facility management agent or an equivalent title * Several years of experience in facility management (cleaning and building technology) * Good experience in the administrative and technical management of small construction sites * Mastery of French * Good use of standard IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Driving license mandatory (service car provided) * Autonomy, Reactivity, Priority management, Good communication * Interpersonal and service skills * Ability to work alone or in a team ### Ready for us?
