The data from Mediapulse enables an entire industry to make the right decisions based on facts. As an independent research organization, we collect data on the use of radio and TV offerings in Switzerland. Mediapulse stands for neutrality, independence, transparency, and scientific rigor. In the Log Quality Management (LQM) team, we ensure that TV program data is correctly processed, checked, and provided for downstream applications on a daily basis. In doing so, we work with the transmission protocols supplied by TV broadcasters and TV marketers, check their quality, and clarify deviations with them. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a structured, reliable, and responsible personality as Employee TV Data Verification and Quality Assurance 60% - 80% as of 01 December 2026 or by arrangement. Your areas of responsibility: Verification and processing of TV program data: You work daily with supplied TV program data, for example with program titles, broadcast times, and other program information. You manage our automated processes, keep an eye on the quality of the incoming data, and clarify inconsistencies where manual intervention is necessary. 1st-level support and monitoring of data productions: You help to monitor the daily data productions, recognize anomalies early on, and support the clarification of problems in operational operations. Creation and preparation of TV evaluations: You create TV evaluations for customers. In doing so, you ensure that data is correctly prepared and provided in a suitable form. Collaboration and continuous improvement: In LQM, you work closely with internal teams as well as external partners, record special cases in a traceable manner, and support the continuous improvement of processes and workflows. Your work is important for the quality of TV media research. You take on a versatile role between data verification, evaluations, and operational monitoring. You are part of a well-coordinated and helpful team and will receive a sound introduction to processes, tools, and connections.
