Field Service Engineer \& technical trainer (m/f/d) \- Employment rate 100 % Your place of intervention You work from home and at customer sites, everywhere in French-speaking Switzerland. Your place of residence is, ideally, in the canton of Vaud or Fribourg. Your tasks Ensure technical after-sales service in the fields of respiratory protection, high-pressure compressors and tailor-made solutions (maintenance and repair, as well as new installations and commissioning). You organize your work autonomously, in consultation with the fire department manager, and ensure that the tasks entrusted to you are executed systematically, within the specified deadlines and with reliability. Furthermore, once your training is completed, you will train the fire department equipment managers in the technical field. You provide support for sales and advice regarding maintenance contracts as well as repairs, and you ensure that information relating to the installed base is correct and that any discrepancies are documented. Your strengths You have completed training as a mechanic, electrician or in a similar field, and you have practical experience in field after-sales service. You are a member of a fire brigade (volunteer, professional or company). Knowledge of measurement and regulation techniques is desired. You are proficient in the use of a computer (MS Office, Outlook). You have a very good command of German, both spoken and written. A good command of French and English is an asset. You work autonomously, demonstrating a sense of responsibility and a concern for quality; you have a customer-oriented behavior and are communicative. Category B driving license and availability for special interventions are mandatory.
