What to expect:

• Responsibility for smooth and efficient operation of the filling lines as well as for achieving production goals and specifications
• Independent management of the filling lines together with the plant teams
• Setup, operation, and monitoring of the filling lines for an optimal production process
• Organization and control of the packaging processes, from planning to implementation
• Carrying out bookings in the MES system as well as ensuring seamless documentation
• Precise execution of in-process controls and documentation according to specifications
• Working under the highest quality and hygiene standards according to GMP guidelines
• Fast and reliable rectification of minor technical malfunctions
• Taking over coordination and leadership tasks in the absence of the shift supervisor

What you bring:

• Completed basic technical training, ideally as a plant operator or production mechanic
• Experience in the field of packaging at filling lines, ideally in the food, pharmaceutical, or cosmetics industry
• Initial experience in coordinating employees is an advantage
• Confident handling of IT systems to perform administrative tasks efficiently
• An independent, flexible, and reliable way of working as well as a high degree of personal responsibility
• Organizational and planning talent to optimally coordinate workflows
• Very good German skills, oral and written
• Openness to continuous improvement processes and willingness for personal development
• Flexibility and willingness to work in 3-shift operation.
