Your tasks

• You lead approx. 90 employees professionally and personally and ensure a service- and resident-oriented, professional quality of care
• You recruit, lead, plan, and develop the employees in the area of care and nursing
• Your team also provides Spitex services to our residents in assisted living
• As an empathetic contact person for residents and relatives, you organize and coordinate daily business for an optimal care process
• You conduct reports, team meetings, and internal training sessions
• You ensure quality development and cost-effectiveness within the personnel and financial specifications
• You are co-responsible for the qualitative and economic achievement of goals

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a nursing professional at tertiary level and further training in business administration with sound leadership experience
• High technical, social, and leadership competence
• You enjoy working in a process- and goal-oriented manner
• Empathic in dealing with elderly people and their relatives
• Steadfast, loyal personality with life experience
• Entrepreneurial, independent, and networked thinking and acting
• Strong resilience and very good communication skills
• Sound RAI NH / RAI HC and IT knowledge
