What you can achieve with us Your main mission consists of leading the claims team composed of 8 people and pursuing the development of claims processing. In this regard, you will take into account the integration of our modern processes and encourage the digital skills of your collaborators. You are an executive of the general agency and actively participate in the planning and implementation of the challenges of tomorrow. You are capable of processing and ensuring the follow-up of claims in all non-life branches and accompanying clients with empathy and simplicity. What you bring • Driving experience • The federal diploma in private insurance is an asset • Several years of experience in claims processing in all non-life branches • You enjoy contact and accompany clients in the event of a claim • Ability to work independently • You are responsible, empathetic, and open natured • Knowledge of German is an asset Working with us A motivated and dynamic team of 45 collaborators will welcome you at the general agency of La Broye.
