Hager Schweiz is looking for a permanent Energy Systems Specialist (m/f/d) - 100% at the headquarters in Emmenbrücke.
As an Energy Systems Specialist (m/f/d), you are responsible for the organization and coordination of maintenance on circuit breakers at our customers' sites, as well as for technical support regarding energy distribution systems. In doing so, you accompany orders from the creation of the offer to the billing, support our partners and customers with technical issues, and contribute your expertise to the planning and design of energy systems.
Your tasks
Organization and coordination of maintenance for circuit breakers at our customers (order processing from offer to billing)
Customer support for circuit breakers and fuse technology in energy distribution systems
Support for electrical planners, installation partners, switchgear manufacturers, and end customers with technical questions - via telephone as well as on-site
Digital planning and calculation of short-circuit current and selectivity
Your profile
What you should bring
Basic electrotechnical training with EFZ
Further training in energy or plant technology or in a related field
Experience in the planning, execution, or support of energy distribution systems
Very good communication skills, organizational talent, and teamwork skills
Very good German skills
Driver's license category B
What brings additional advantages to your application
Several years of professional experience with circuit breakers (or the willingness to acquire the necessary knowledge)
Experience with SAP and engineering tools for electrotechnology
Further training in the commercial or business administration field
