Key Account Manager (m/f) 100% ##

Main tasks ###

• Optimal, efficient, and autonomous management of the key account sector in the field of Agrano products/products of a commercial partner
• Acquisition of new customers
• Development of new key accounts in the field of Agrano products/products of a commercial partner
• Ensuring optimal follow-up of existing customers (friendly and professional customer advice)
• Timely and efficient processing of customer orders
• Identification of customer needs and proposal of tailor-made product solutions
• Carrying out analyses (customer turnover potential, market evolution)
• Organization and assistance during major visits (e.g., sections, large customer meetings)
• Organization, invitation, and realization of special events as agreed
• Planning and implementation of advertising actions for customer acquisition
• Regular reporting to the sales management and preparation of forecasts
• Conducting commercial and price negotiations with customers

Your profile ###

• Completed professional training as baker/pastry chef CFC
• Continuing education in sales/field/key accounts, preferably in the food industry
• Knowledge of the bakery sector
• Proficiency in Office 365, SAP, CRM
• Pronounced customer and service orientation as well as negotiation skills
• Solution-oriented and motivated
• High personal motivation, structured working method, and sense of organization
• Category B driver's license and availability for travel in Switzerland
• Very good knowledge of German and French (Swiss German is an advantage)
