What you will achieve:

• You build your own customer portfolio in the areas of industry, technology and logistics and develop it sustainably
• You are deputy for the branch manager
• You look after our existing customers with commitment and heart
• You recruit qualified specialists and managers for temporary and permanent positions
• You use modern recruiting channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals and your personal network for candidate searches
• You conduct interviews, suitability assessments and reference checks
• You accompany customers and candidates throughout the entire recruitment process
• You recognize market potentials and develop suitable personnel solutions for your customers
• You work independently and at the same time closely with an experienced and successful team

Requirement profile

What you bring with you:

• Several years of experience in personnel consulting or personnel placement, ideally in the areas of industry, technology or logistics
• You are a communicative, strong-contact and close-oriented personality
• You think entrepreneurially and act solution-oriented
• You work independently, structured and goal-oriented
• You have very good German skills in speaking and writing
• French language skills are a big plus
• You enjoy successfully bringing people and companies together
