Machine Operator

Your area of responsibility: • Setting up and adjusting as well as commissioning and monitoring the production systems • Ensuring the shortest possible downtime • Rectifying malfunctions on the production systems • Compliance with quality requirements as well as implementation of hygiene, environmental protection, and accident prevention regulations • Cleaning, maintenance, and care of the packaging line including tools and aids • Working on the line • Making suggestions for improvement for process optimizations Your profile: • Completed basic training and several years of professional experience, preferably in a production facility from the cosmetics, food, or pharmaceutical sector • Manual dexterity and technical flair • Experience in tube filling (Axomatic) is an advantage • Independent, proactive, and precise way of working • Team player with a high awareness of quality and hygiene • Mandatory good German skills in speaking and writing (at least B2) • Willingness to work in 2-shift operation and/or on Saturdays if required Our offer: • Responsible activity with versatile challenges and development potential • Modern workplace in a dynamic production facility with short decision-making paths • At least 25 days of vacation • Various company events and free parking spaces Please submit your complete application to hr@temmentec.ch.
