In the context of strengthening its real estate department, it has mandated us to search for its future Technical Manager - 100% Guarantee the technical quality of the services provided by property management companies Your responsibilities Reporting to the Responsable Gestion Technique & Locative, you are the field presence of CAP Prévoyance on its real estate portfolio. You supervise the execution of technical services by the property management companies (relocation work, routine maintenance, claims) and perform ex-post controls by sampling contract awards and work statements. You occasionally conduct field audits (site visits, quality control of restoration) and verify the compliance of relocation and maintenance files. You process common claims files in connection with property management companies and insurance companies, and monitor maintenance contracts. You consolidate technical KPI data transmitted by the property management companies and implement transversal themes such as electromobility or energy management. You directly manage the execution of maintenance work for common areas that is above the competence of the property management companies. By verifying, documenting, and alerting, you guarantee the technical quality of the portfolio managed by delegation. Your profile Holder of a CFC or a federal diploma in construction, renovation, or technical building management, you have 5 to 7 years of experience in technical building management, site supervision, or work management. You are proficient in reading plans, estimates, and work statements, as well as restoration and technical relocation processes. Knowledge of SIA standards and common claims management is an asset. Recognized for your technical rigor and sense of observation, you know how to go into the field with a critical eye, detect discrepancies, and document them precisely. Autonomous in the organization of your controls, you faithfully report your observations and prioritize your interventions according to risk.
