Your tasks • Execution of masonry, concrete, and formwork work according to plan specifications • Construction of new buildings as well as renovation and conversion work • Creation and assembly of formwork (Doka, Peri or wooden formwork) • Concreting, compacting and finishing of components • Assistance with surveying and setting up the construction site • Ensuring quality, dimensional accuracy and occupational safety • Close cooperation with the foreman and the construction site team Your profile • Completed training as a Mason EFZ / EBA or equivalent professional experience • Several years of practice in structural engineering and civil engineering, ideally in Switzerland • Good knowledge of common formwork systems and construction processes • Manual dexterity, technical understanding and an eye for detail • Team-oriented, reliable and independent way of working • Physical resilience and enjoyment of working outdoors • Good German language skills in spoken and written form • Driving license category B is an advantage We offer you • Exciting and varied construction sites in the region • Attractive remuneration according to GAV Bauhauptgewerbe • Modern work equipment and contemporary infrastructure • A motivated, collegial team with open communication • Possibility of permanent employment if suitable • Personal care and support from a dedicated team
