Requirements:

• Commercial training with further education in finance and accounting or equivalent qualification
• at least 5 years of professional experience in creditor accounting, ideally in an international SME
• good oral and written English skills
• very good MS-Office skills as well as ERP systems (preferably IFS)
• technically skilled in handling tools (e.g. JobRouter and Perk)
• structured way of working, process understanding and high affinity for numbers
• open and communicative nature

Tasks:

• Responsible for the entire creditor process (third parties and intercompany)
• Participation in the optimization and digitization of financial processes
• Preparation of the MWST settlement as well as checking of conformity
• Responsible for expense processing (Perk)
• Super User function for creditor workflow and expense tool
• Maintenance of master data and various clearing accounts
• Active deputy representation in debtor accounting as well as general assistance in financial accounting
