For one of our clients, a renowned hospital establishment located in the lausannoise region, we are recruiting Assistant(e)s in community nursing and health care (ASSC) for short and long-term temporary missions within somatic and psychiatric care services.

Your mission
-------------

Within multidisciplinary teams, you will actively participate in the global management of patients and ensure quality care in compliance with institutional protocols.

Your main responsibilities:

• Provide basic care and delegated medico-technical care.
• Accompany patients in activities of daily living.
• Observe the health status of patients and transmit relevant information to the nursing team.
• Participate in the implementation of individualized care projects.
• Collaborate closely with nurses, doctors, and other health professionals.
• Ensure the traceability of care and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Your profile
------------

• CFC as Assistant(e) in community nursing and health care (ASSC) or a diploma deemed equivalent and recognized in Switzerland.
• Mandatory minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital setting.
• Experience in somatic and/or psychiatric care services.
• Excellent adaptability and sense of priorities.
• Team spirit, autonomy, and sense of responsibility.
• Very good interpersonal skills and patient orientation.
• Available quickly for occasional or long-term missions.
