The company develops and produces sophisticated technical components intended for international markets and supplies customers in various high-tech sectors. To strengthen the team, we are looking for, for the site in French-speaking Switzerland, starting now or by arrangement, a Programm Manager\-EMEA HUB implementation f/h/d Programm Manager\-EMEA HUB implementation f/h/d Your challenges: In this key role, you will assume global responsibility for the implementation of a new EMEA assembly and logistics hub in Central Europe. You will lead the end-to-end implementation, from the design phase to realization, including the commissioning and stabilization of operations. You will report directly to the Head of Supply Chain and will be responsible for the following tasks: Program Steering and General Coordination: development and steering of the integrated master plan, ensuring transparency of budgets, resources, and deadlines, coordination of all sub-projects and interdependencies Interface Management: steering interdisciplinary teams from the Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, IT departments and external partners, ensuring effective inter-site collaboration Risk and Escalation Management: identification and management of risks, issues, and interdependencies, development of appropriate measures to guarantee quality, compliance, and delivery capacity Operational Implementation: coordination of the start of operations, ensuring operational readiness, definition and verification of commissioning criteria Automation and Systems Integration: supporting the implementation of automated warehousing and logistics processes, coordination with the IT project management for ERP/WMS/TMS integrations, assistance with test planning and cutover Transition Management: steering stock and line transfers, ensuring service continuity during the transition phase, coordination of the hypercare phase Governance and Reporting: animation of the steering committee, status reports to management and stakeholders, documentation of decisions and progress Our requirements To be able to carry out these varied missions, you ideally possess the following assets: Degree in engineering, supply chain management, business management or equivalent At least 10 years of experience in managing complex international transformation or logistics programs In-depth experience in at least one of the following areas: greenfield/brownfield site implementation, setup of distribution centers, factory relocation/transition, supply chain transformation Very good knowledge in: warehouse operations, automation solutions, process and systems integration Experience in stakeholder management at the executive level A certification in project/program management (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) is an asset Very good command of English, both spoken and written, as well as availability to travel professionally in Europe Your profile: excellent communication skills, sharp mind, autonomy, reliability, stress resistance, flexibility, networking skills, customer orientation, good leadership and interpersonal skills, team spirit, as well as a strong orientation towards solutions and customers.
