Technical Employee Building Maintenance 100% (m/f/d)

For our client, an established company in the real estate environment in the Basel region, we are looking for a handily skilled and reliable personality for technical building maintenance, starting immediately or by arrangement. In this versatile role, you will work together with internal and external contact persons to ensure smooth operation and the preservation of value of various properties.

Tasks

• Execution of repair, maintenance, and upkeep work
• Inspection and monitoring of technical facilities and systems
• Regular inspection and safety rounds in the properties
• Recognition and reporting of damage and technical defects
• Coordination and monitoring of external craftsmen and service providers
• Support with renovation and smaller construction projects
• On-site contact person for residents, craftsmen, and external service providers
• Support with the handover and preparation of premises
• Execution of general surroundings and maintenance work
• Care of green and outdoor areas
• Execution of winter services
• Ensuring order and cleanliness in the assigned areas

Profile

• Completed training as a specialist in facility management, caretaker with a federal diploma, or comparable qualification
• Alternatively, several years of professional experience in technical building maintenance or as a service technician
• Good manual and technical skills
• Experience in dealing with customers, residents, or tenants is an advantage
• Independent, reliable, and cost-conscious way of working
• Strong service orientation and good manners
• Team-oriented and communicative personality
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Good MS Office knowledge
• Driving license category B mandatorily required
