Head of Construction and Urban Planning (M/F) - PERMANENT POSITION

Your mission

On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced personality wishing to take responsibility for a key function in the fields of construction, urban planning, and land-use planning. In this highly autonomous role, you will ensure the processing and follow-up of various and complex files, while collaborating closely with numerous public and private interlocutors. Your main responsibilities: - Lead procedures related to building permit applications, from their analysis to the decision - Ensure the processing of public inquiries, oppositions, appeals, and associated procedures - Ensure the application of provisions relating to construction police - Follow files related to land-use planning, notably planning instruments and their evolution - Ensure the update of legal bases, directives, and procedures applicable in matters of construction and urban planning - Coordinate the different public and private partners and stakeholders - Prepare files, meetings, and decision proposals intended for the competent authorities and ensure their follow-up - Participate in the management, development, and remediation of real estate assets - Provide a role of advice, information, and support to the various interlocutors

Your profile

• Higher education EPF, HES, or ES in architecture, civil engineering, land-use planning or related field - A background as a draughtsman/draughtswoman CFC completed by solid experience in the field of building permits may also correspond - Minimum 5 years of experience in conducting relevant projects or in a similar function - Excellent knowledge of construction law, land-use planning, and administrative procedures - Very good writing skills and ease in the preparation of complex files - Mastery of standard and function-specific IT tools - Excellent mastery of French - Autonomous, rigorous and organized personality, endowed with an excellent spirit of analysis and synthesis - Interpersonal ease, sense of discretion and ability to work with various interlocutors Our client offers you: A responsible function offering a great diversity of files and contacts, within a dynamic environment.
