We are looking for a motivated person to take charge of a portfolio of mandates and grow with the firm. ### The position You will progressively manage a portfolio of SME and entrepreneur mandates, being the main interlocutor for your clients. Concretely, you will: * manage your mandates: accounting, VAT, closings, taxation for PM and PP, payroll; * organize, delegate and review the team's work; * build a lasting relationship of trust with your clients; * develop consulting: reporting, budget, tax planning; * contribute to our processes, our tools and our internal documentation; * be a driver for automation and AI. ### Your profile * Federal Diploma of specialized finance and accounting, fiduciary agent, or equivalent training; * At least 3 to 4 years of experience in Swiss fiduciary; * Good knowledge of Swiss taxation (PM, PP, VAT); * Fluent English is an asset; * Excellent interpersonal skills and a taste for client contact; * Pragmatic, solution-oriented, with a clear taste for well-done processes; * A real appetite for digital tools.
