Senior Sports Physiotherapist

As a senior sports physiotherapist, you will be required to: Define standards of care (protocols, internal guidelines) Guarantee the quality and consistency of treatments within the team Manage complex / chronic cases / therapeutic failures Be a clinical reference for specific pathologies (e.g.: ACL, shoulder, return to sport) Actively participate in the mentoring of junior physiotherapists Contribute to the creation and development of a professional network Contribute to project management related to the center's services Participate in the development of clinical network activity (new offers, visibility) Be involved in team management Take charge of outpatient patients (musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological) Perform functional evaluations and performance tests Ensure coordination with prescribing physicians Your profile Swiss physiotherapy degree or equivalent recognized by the Swiss Red Cross Proven experience in the outpatient and musculoskeletal field (min 5 years) Additional training in sports physiotherapy Natural leadership and a taste for transferring knowledge Interest in project management and business development Autonomy, rigor, team spirit, and flexibility Strong interest in innovation and multidisciplinarity What we offer you A varied activity in the fields of orthopedics, rehabilitation, and sports physiotherapy.
