IT Solutions Specialist Company Description Our client, a major player in the construction sector in Suisse romande, is looking for an IT Solutions Specialist to strengthen its teams and support the transformation of its business tools. Job Description Product vision and business expertise Collect, analyze, and challenge the needs of business users. Translate expectations into high value-added functionalities. Map and optimize business processes as a functional expert. Propose solutions regarding functional and technical choices. Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in consistency with the strategic roadmap. Project management and coordination Develop and drive the project roadmap: objectives, resources, planning, and milestones. Coordinate internal teams as well as external partners throughout the project lifecycle. Supervise the different project phases: design, development, testing, and deployment. Guarantee compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality of deliverables. Ensure regular communication with stakeholders and facilitate decision-making. Quality, testing, and change management Design and execute functional test scenarios (UAT). Validate the compliance of delivered solutions with the expressed needs. Organize documentation, training, and user support. Collect feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of solutions. Profile sought Proven experience of at least 5 years in functions combining Product Ownership, Business Analysis, and project management. Good mastery of information systems, APIs, integrations, and application environments. Excellent understanding of business challenges, ideally in the construction, infrastructure, transport, or industry sectors. Ability to play the role of functional expert with business and technical teams. Ease in collaborating with various interlocutors: developers, business managers, and external partners. Mastery of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and synthesis skills.
