For our client, whose headquarters are located in Biel/Bienne, we are looking for a Field Sales Representative (m/f) starting immediately. This is a permanent position directly with our client. The support, placement, and all our other services are free for you as a candidate.

Your activity ###

• Acquisition of new private clients
• Development of the existing client portfolio through cross-selling and up-selling
• Competent and needs-adapted advice for clients
• Active maintenance of the personal network
• Administrative tasks such as managing inquiries

Your profile ###

Permanent position in the health insurance sector, at one of the largest health insurers in Switzerland.

• Completed professional training, for example in retail or equivalent
• Proven experience in sales, negotiating talent, passion and perseverance
• Perfect command of German and French or German and Italian (in w/s)
• Neat appearance and pleasant manners
• Strong customer orientation and openness to novelty
• Vast relational network, advantage of residing in the activity area
• Irreproachable reputation
