In this role • You lead and develop a team of around 20 employees. • You are responsible for SAP Delivery Management for our outsourcing and SAP RISE customers. • You manage strategic transformation, lifecycle, and optimization projects. • You advise customers and stakeholders at the management level. • You actively help shape the further development of our SAP RISE portfolio. • You create the prerequisites for long-term customer success and sustainable growth. Your skills • Degree (FH/HF/EFZ) in business informatics or similar • Several years of professional experience in SAP outsourcing • Basic SAP Basis knowledge • Goal- and customer orientation as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting • Confident appearance as well as enjoyment of teamwork • Flexible, reliable, and independent way of working with strong communication skills • Very good German and English; other national languages are an advantage With us, you have the opportunity to work in one of our offices in Switzerland or from your home office.
