Clerk in Accounting Accounts Receivable Payment Processing

This is what you can achieve. • In day-to-day operations, you are responsible for posting incoming and outgoing payments that cannot be processed automatically and carry out clarifications with customers, internal partners, or financial institutions. The reconciliation of payment differences and payouts of credits are also part of your tasks. • You answer incoming inquiries from customers, internal business units, and partners competently and provide them with advisory support. • You analyze error messages in SAP as well as other systems and ensure that errors are corrected in a timely manner by contacting the responsible partners. • Through participation in projects and working groups, you actively contribute to process optimizations and automations with your experience and knowledge. • You ensure the professional training of our apprentices and support them with commitment. SAP knowledge and experience as well as experience in the field of debt collection are an advantage. • A basic commercial training supplemented by further training in the field of finance / accounting (e.g., as a clerk in accounting) as well as several years of experience in accounts receivable accounting or in a comparable function make you the ideal candidate for this position. • Business-fluent oral and written German skills are required for this position. Good knowledge of a second national language is desirable.
