You are part of interdisciplinary development and project teams in different compositions. As a committed and innovative personality, you develop excellent products with us.

• Development and Construction: You have the design responsibility for customer-specific projects and develop solution proposals for assemblies and individual parts to be developed. The responsibility for space and interface management also lies with you
• Project Management: You are responsible for ensuring the defined milestones and costs, compliance with customer guidelines, as well as space, interface, and target cost management, and you provide functional leadership to the project-related assigned designers
• Cooperation: You work closely with customers and internal departments such as production, quality assurance, service, and with external suppliers to guarantee successful project implementation

This is what we want from you:

• Education: Technical basic training and a successfully completed degree (Engineer ETH/FH) in the field of mechanical engineering, systems engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable engineering science.
• Experience: At least 4 years of professional experience after graduation in development and construction as well as in technical project management, experience in vehicle construction is an advantage, functional leadership experience is an advantage
• Technical knowledge: Sound knowledge of 3D CAD systems (Siemens NX is an advantage). Knowledge of PLM and ERP systems (SAP, Team Center) is an advantage
• Soft Skills: Passion for product development, strong problem-solving skills, quick comprehension, as well as good teamwork skills
• Languages: Very good German skills, good English skills in speaking and writing
• Residence in Switzerland, in the Winterthur/Thurgau region
