Real Estate Appraiser (50-60%)

With over 40,000 members, the HEV in the Canton of Aargau is the competence center for real estate and the representative for homeowners, condominium owners, and landowners. We advise on legal and construction issues, appraise and mediate properties, and offer templates, brochures, and literature on the topic of real estate. Strengthen our nine-person appraisal team as a professionally competent and integral personality in the function as Real Estate Appraiser (50-60%) starting immediately or by arrangement. What you will achieve: You independently prepare market and rental value appraisals for single-family and multi-family houses, apartments, commercial properties, and building land. Furthermore, you strengthen the construction advisory team, which addresses a wide variety of construction questions. You represent the HEV Aargau to our customers and advise them with your specialist knowledge. What you bring: You have training as an architect, real estate appraiser, or construction manager and relevant, several years of professional experience in the real estate and/or construction industry. You work independently, structured, and efficiently. You think in a customer-oriented manner, are a team player, and are resilient. You are proficient in German, both spoken and written. You possess a category B driver's license and your own vehicle.
