For the development and management of the Lyss BE site - faithful to our motto "from practitioners for practitioners" - we are looking for, starting now or by agreement, a/an

Trainer with site responsibility 100 % (m/f/d)

Your field of activity

• Responsible as site manager to ensure the smooth running of courses
• Preparation and conduct of courses on handling equipment, forklifts and warehouse logistics as well as other courses according to competencies or potential for skill development
• Responsibility for the optimal use of trainers and the occupation of infrastructures, which take place both at the Lyss site and at our customers' premises
• You support field sales in the region and surrounding areas
• Technical and organizational management of the site with a focus on continuous development

Your profile

• You know the logistics sector and bring both solid practical experience and initial management experience
• Ideally, you have already completed the SVEB1 training and are a recognized forklift trainer
• You have already acquired experience in similar training or teaching functions
• You are anchored in the region and distinguish yourself as a strong practitioner in implementation and organization

We offer you a demanding and autonomous activity with many possibilities to flourish and expand your field of tasks through skill development. We will, of course, support you financially in continuing education, for example as an "adult trainer" (SVEB1), "forklift trainer" or "IPAF trainer".
