Early childhood educators or socio-cultural animators - APEMS des Falaises

APEMS des Falaises welcomes up to 72 children from 3P to 6P. Opened in 2019, it is located in a modern building, within a booming neighborhood, designed for families. Close to the school and public transport, it offers a pleasant working environment, between city and nature. In full expansion, the Domaine parascolaire is looking to recruit committed and creative people to develop the mission of this recent field of social work. The mission in APEMS is focused on the development of children's social skills through their participation in community life. The implementation of collective projects, the development of partnerships with stakeholders around the children, reflection and the assembly of pedagogical projects as a team are the essential actions that support and sustain the daily reception of the group of children. Missions ##### • Ensure the care of a group of children in accordance with the pedagogical concept while maintaining the global vision • Accompany the group of children in the completion of daily activities as well as in the completion of their school homework and promote their autonomy • Propose an individualized support approach in connection with the skills to be developed or the needs of the child • Participate in the general organization of the structure • Undertake specific administrative tasks • Propose, manage and document projects involving several internal and external stakeholders • Include the various stakeholders in the reception and education of the group of children Profile ##### • Title of early childhood educator (HES or ES) or socio-cultural animator (HES) recognized according to the competency framework of the law on childcare (LAJE) • Additional training as a practical trainer or professional practice trainer, an asset • Minimum 2 years of professional experience with a community of children • Good knowledge of collective care settings and group dynamics • Team spirit, comfortable in exchanges with parents • Autonomy and responsible attitude • Analytical and synthesis skills and ability to propose and improve • Ability to document their activity and that of the group of children • Able to develop a participatory process within their team and within the community of children Activity rate ##### 80-90% Salary class ##### 7 Special conditions ##### clean criminal records (ordinary and special) Split shifts from Monday to Friday Contract with activities during school holidays Start date ##### Immediately or to be agreed Please send us your application and the usual documents until 22.07.2026 via the online form.
