For our gastronomy team, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a

Cook (m/f/d) 80-100 %

Your tasks:

• Production and manufacturing of food and dishes for the à la carte restaurant, banquets, events and functions, for the gaming hall as well as the staff canteen
• Support in the pre-preparation and preparation of buffets and caterings
• Assistance in the production of traditional and exotic hot and cold dishes at the assigned station and supporting the kitchen crew in all matters
• Assistance in show-cooking events for our guests as well as routine work such as mise en place
• Co-responsible for inventory management for compliance with hygiene guidelines (HACCP)
• Responsible for the flawless order and cleanliness of the stations, work equipment, storage, and kitchen

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as Koch/Köchin EFZ or corresponding professional experience in a kitchen of traditional gastronomy
• Several years of professional experience as a cook at Chef de Partie level
• Kitchen all-rounder with knowledge in all disciplines of a modern kitchen (e.g., Demi Chef de Partie, Gardemanger, Entremetier, Saucier, Patissier etc.)
• Very good knowledge of HACCP regulations
• Good German and/or French skills
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Flawless reputation
