YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Completed technical training with further training in the field of business administration, industrial engineering, or comparable qualification
• Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) as well as ideally experience with ERP, PLM, or document management systems
• Strong organizational skills and high resilience even in demanding project phases
• Independent, structured, and proactive personality with quick comprehension and high reliability
• Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing, other languages an advantage

YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES

• Support for the Engineering management in daily operational business as well as in the coordination of projects and resources
• Collaboration in departmental controlling, creation of KPIs, forecasts, and evaluations for capacity and resource planning
• Preparation of offers, checking of purchase orders, as well as tracking of milestones and deadlines
• Management, maintenance, and archiving of technical documentation as well as support of the specialist departments in engineering processes
• Assumption of classic assistant tasks such as appointment and travel management, meeting organization, presentation creation, and administrative HR tasks
