• You operate and further develop the Microsoft 365 platform and ensure stability, security and availability
• You are responsible for the technical implementation and further development of Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Intune and Entra ID
• You work closely with the Solution Architect and implement architecture and rollout concepts
• You automate operation, deployment and governance processes with PowerShell and Infrastructure as Code
• You realize migrations and integrations between Microsoft 365, Azure and other systems
• You bring your expertise to projects and support 2nd and 3rd level support with complex issues

This distinguishes you ###

• Several years of experience in the operation and further development of Microsoft 365 platforms in enterprise environments
• Deep specialist knowledge in Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Intune, OneDrive and Entra ID
• Very good PowerShell knowledge as well as experience in the automation of operational processes
• Sound knowledge in the areas of Security, Compliance, Conditional Access and Identity Management
• Good knowledge of Azure and Infrastructure as Code
• Analytical, communicative and independent personality with pleasure in actively driving changes
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills in speaking and writing
• Ideally Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, SC-300, SC-400, AZ-104 or MD-102
