To sustainably develop our bank in the coming years, we are looking for a creative and entrepreneurially minded leader with front-end experience in the banking industry as Chair of the Executive Board. You lead the operational banking business and, in cooperation with the Board of Directors and the Executive Board, further develop the strategic key parameters of the company, which you consistently implement with your team. You recognize potentials in a demanding market and develop ideas on how to exploit them to ensure healthy growth of the bank. You position the bank in the region as a customer-oriented and attractive financial service provider as well as a reliable partner, specifically utilizing existing potentials. You set priorities in optimizing the sales organization, increasing advisory and sales competence, as well as expanding the investment and corporate banking business. You develop an adequate risk policy for the bank based on regulatory requirements, define a target image for the pension business, and further develop customer events and the form of customer approach. You represent the bank in public, participate in social life in the region, and maintain an active network with the various stakeholders. What do you bring with you?
