Sales Back Office & Administration Employee

We are Richli AG – a regionally anchored family business specializing in floors, walls, and curtains. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a commercially skilled, sales-oriented personality with technical understanding and enjoyment in contacting people. This position is an important hub between customers, sales, project management, and administration and ensures that our processes function.

Your tasks

• Calculate and create offers
• Clarify prices, delivery times, and availability
• Think along with pricing and calculation
• Support sales and project management with coordination and documentation
• Maintain customer, article, and calculation data in the ERP
• General organizational and administrative tasks
• Our business card to the outside world: provide friendly support to customers, suppliers, and applicants personally as well as via telephone and digital channels
• Participate in marketing activities, mailings, and customer promotions
• Support central services in HR and training topics

What you bring with you

• Commercial training or sound commercial experience
• Technical understanding and good spatial imagination for construction processes and manual work
• Ideally experience in the construction industry or a construction-related environment
• Enjoyment of numbers, calculations, and customer contact
• Intuition for customer needs and sales opportunities
• Friendly and professional appearance
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
