To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality as Associate – Corporate & M&A & Dispute Resolution (80-100%) Your task You advise and represent our clientele in demanding business law mandates and work directly with entrepreneurs, boards of directors, and investors. From the beginning, you will take on responsibility and receive direct client contact. Your profile You possess: • Bar admission; • above-average legal qualifications; • interest in business law and entrepreneurial issues; • an independent, precise, and solution-oriented way of working; • high commitment and ability to work in a team; • very good German and English skills.
