Job Description ##

You create materials and documents for various roles. You are an organizational talent for meetings, workshops, events, and business trips. Various administrative tasks and clarifications in the administrative area. You create protocols during meetings and when participating in projects. Responsible for scheduling, proactive maintenance of appointments.

• Certificate of proficiency as a businessman/woman or equivalent training.
• Several years of professional experience
• Good MS Office skills
• Good communication strength and confident appearance
