The Rolle tourism office is at the heart of La Côte, between Nyon and Morges. It welcomes visitors and informs them about the activities and discoveries to be made in the region. As a primordial contributor to the dynamism and development of the municipality, a carrier of tourism projects, the tourism office is a major actor for the life of the region.
In this context, the Municipality of Rolle wishes to hire, for a replacement related to the departure of the title holder, a/an:
Collaborator at the Tourism Office at 40% - CDI
Your missions
Tourism information and promotion at the counter, by telephone and by email in French, German and English.
Sales of transport tickets, show tickets, and tourism products.
Secretariat for flea markets and other events.
Organization and monitoring of exhibitions in the premises of the tourism office.
Updating and development of tourism data.
Participation in the training of the intern.
Various administrative tasks.
Your profile
CFC as a commercial employee or similar training.
Possess a B 2 level in German and English.
Know and have an interest in the La Côte region and the canton of Vaud, know the attractions and tourism offers of Switzerland in general.
Have 3 years of experience in a similar function.
Have ease in the use of IT tools.
Be autonomous and have a sense of organization.
Know how to show discretion, interpersonal skills and have good oral and written communication skills.
Have a sense of public service and a team spirit.
Working days: 2 days per week on Tuesdays and Fridays (flexibility required during holiday replacements). During the summer period from June to September, the Tourism Office is open on Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00. The working schedule is adapted accordingly. This is equivalent to approximately one Saturday worked out of two.
