Your responsibility:

• Technical, personnel, qualitative and economic management of the department
• Responsible management of demanding projects across all phases
• Leadership and promotion of team members
• Competent advising of clients, the maintenance and expansion of partnership-based business relationships as well as acquisition of new projects
• Active participation in shaping the future and the direction of our company

What you bring with you:

• Completed degree in Civil Engineering (FH, ETH, University or equivalent)
• Several years of solid practice in structural engineering
• Leadership experience
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Trustworthy appearance towards clients, authorities and project partners
• Strong communication, leadership and negotiation skills
• Solution-oriented, structured and responsible way of working
