Your mission

At the heart of our Reprise department, you play a key role in animating the team and the performance of the workshop. You supervise a team of approximately 15 employees and actively contribute to the proper functioning of the department through the following missions:

• Animate and develop: supervise the team on a daily basis, ensure the achievement of performance objectives and deploy the improvements necessary for the proper functioning of the workshop.
• Guarantee technical excellence: optimize equipment, prevent malfunctions, maintain machine performance and ensure the good organization of the workshop.
• Master the field: anticipate and resolve operational contingencies with agility.
• Develop skills: accompany new employees, technically support the teams and contribute to the transmission of know-how.

Your profile

Holding a CFC in polymechanic completed by the training of Technicien ES, or a title deemed equivalent, you possess solid knowledge of conventional machines. You also have significant experience in team management. Recognized for your leadership and pedagogy, you know how to accompany and grow your employees. You demonstrate rigor, organization and reactivity, and you are comfortable in situation analysis as well as in decision-making. Your sense of continuous improvement and your ability to propose concrete solutions will be essential assets to succeed in this position.
