Your tasks

• Direction or participation in research and development projects
• Responsibility for the formulation of assigned products
• Responsibility for assigned raw materials
• Regular monitoring of the raw materials market (suppliers, raw materials)
• Responsibility for costs at the project level in collaboration with team partners
• Management, promotion, and development of directly subordinate employees
• Promotion of customer and process orientation as well as the continuous improvement system in all processes
• Promotion of interdisciplinary collaboration as well as teamwork

Your profile

• University/HTL chemist with experience, preferably in the development of chemical mixtures
• Experience in managing a team of development chemists
• Good knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Experience in project management
• Interest in technical processes
• Very good knowledge of German and English
