Healthcare Specialist EFZ with vocational training for the dementia nursing department 60 – 100%

Your tasks:

• Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process
• Taking over tasks as a primary caregiver
• Participation in the nursing process and in the nursing needs assessment with RAI for the assigned guests
• Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone)
• Planning and accompaniment of physician visits
• Taking over daily responsibility
• Taking over tasks as a subject matter expert for a specialist topic and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality
• Independent assumption of responsibility for the entire ward during the night shift

Vocational training:

• You take responsibility for the training of apprentices in the training areas SRK interns, AGS, FaGe
• You develop this area together with the vocational training officer
• Cooperation in the selection of apprentices
• Contact person for the concerns of the different stakeholders (apprentices, parents, vocational school)

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Completed vocational trainer course or the willingness to attend it (will be paid for)
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid for)
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of diverse challenges
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
