In this versatile role at our location in Ittigen (BE), you are an important hub between our customers, the field service, and internal specialist departments. With your commitment and your service orientation, you contribute daily to offering our customers a first-class customer experience.

Your contribution to our team

In this versatile role, you are the first point of contact for our customers and accompany orders from the creation of the offer to successful invoicing. In addition to telephone customer consulting, you take over the professional processing of requests and complaints and make an important contribution to the expansion of existing customer and project relationships.

The maintenance and updating of relevant customer and project data is as much part of your area of responsibility as ensuring high data quality. In close cooperation with the field service, the Point of Service, and other internal specialist departments, you guarantee efficient and high-quality order processing. Your area of responsibility is rounded off by active participation in the optimization of processes and workflows to continuously develop our customer service.

Your profile

• Completed basic training in the electrical industry or a comparable technical training
• Enjoyment of customer contact as well as a strong service and sales orientation
• Proficient use of common MS Office applications as well as experience in the ERP environment
• Structured, reliable and independent way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with different stakeholders
• High customer orientation paired with a solution-oriented mindset
• Team player with a positive, committed and responsible personality
• Business fluent German skills in speaking and writing
