Site Manager in Intervention

This is what you can achieve. • You will operationally and personally manage around 20 employees at the Biel/Bienne intervention site, among other things, in accordance with the applicable management principles of SBB. • You will be responsible for the targeted professionalization of the intervention to ensure high-quality event management and implementation of processes in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, safety, and quality. • You are a member of the Intervention Management Team and, as such, represent the Intervention internally and externally. • You will represent the overall interests of SBB at major events vis-à-vis internal and external stakeholders (authorities, emergency services, etc.) at the event location, with the aim of restoring rail traffic to normal operations as quickly as possible. This is what you bring. • Several years of management experience in larger organizations/organizational units with corresponding leadership and social skills, leadership, and communicative skills, negotiating skills, and assertiveness. • A completed degree/further education in the field of business administration, organizational development, process management, project management, or similar (FH or HF level). • A CAS in Crisis and Emergency Management or comparable training in the field of emergency services (e.g., FKS Advanced Course in Event Management); corresponding experience in event management/processes of event management, as well as railway know-how and experience in the officer level at Intervention is an advantage. • A category B driver's license and willingness to be on call. • French language skills at level B1.
