This involves, among other things, requesting reports, checking invoices and issuing decisions You are in daily contact with our insured persons and members, various service providers and social institutions. What you bring to HOTELA: You have a commercial training of CFC type; You bring solid experience in the field of UVG or in social insurances You possess excellent written and oral communication skills in French (C2 level) and/or German (C2 level) and/or Italian (C2 level) You are an organized, proactive person ready to undergo continuous training in this field of activity. You are able to work both in a team and independently You are dynamic and flexible, you are comfortable in human contact and know how to create a relationship of trust with your various interlocutors.
